This is a new feature, as I realized
that I've not been doing a lot of
changes and I occasionally want to
elucidate a bit about what I'm doing
and/or what's going on. I could also
post letters that have been written to
me, with permission and name change
of course. Let me know if it's of
interest, if it gets boring I'll stop, lol.
Feel free to drop me a note and I'll
post it here as well.

Well, we've had a very wet summer and early fall, but the
colors were marvelous this last weekend and I dearly love the
fall for that. All those wonderful shades of varying oranges,
reds and crimsons... It's hard to believe that October is almost
gone.
Miss Kelli will be joining me for Halloween so all the
requests for more pics and clips of her should be rewarded
soon.
I've seen some new folks and kept in touch with my regular
folks. I have to brag on one of my gals. She started April 27
and as of last week has lost 50 pounds. She's done
marvelously well on her behavior plan and it's obviously
working. She has 3 more pound to go to reach her goal and
then we'll begin the maintenance, which had proved harder
for her in the past but now she has help with accountability
and motivation.
I had hoped to go to both the Shadowlane Party in September
and the FL Moonshine Party in November but things around
the farm have kept me pretty grounded.
I have several people schedule in the next couple of months
and, as always I'm looking forward to each and every visit.
Take care,
Your, Auntie Rhi
Wow, I've not been keeping this up like I should, that's for
sure. It was a very busy Holiday season , as usual. Juggling
my naughty boys and girls as well as family gatherings around
the seasonal celebrations. It's also been a very weird fall and
winter, very wet and cold for Alabama, albeit Northern
Alabama.
I've been fortunate to be able to keep up with my regular
clients as well as see a few new ones. It's always wonderful
to see real progress in lifestyle changes. My young lady on the
diet has stuck with it, is now on maintenance and is still at her
goal weight. She's doing great, but occasionally needs some
reinforcement when she gets just a little too full of her self
and blows of one of her required exercise sessions. But over
all I am very proud of her.
I was fortunate to take a trip to Phoenix and while I was sorry
schedules didn't permit me to visit with Miss Chris, I always
enjoy seeing her, I did have the good fortune to meet Elizabeth
Burns and have lunch with her. Thanks to Bob for making that
happen.
I also got to go visit one of my naught nephews in Havasu,
AZ. He saved me from being stuck at a flooded airport and
we had a lovely time. I was there for 2 1/2 days and would
set the timer randomly and when it went off he would get
swats from an implement of his or my choice depending on
my mood. I think that 7 hour round trip on Sat might have been
a chore, however I had a great time. I love the Southwest area
for scenery and rainy weather really added definition to the
mountains and hills, and the London Bridge shrouded in mist
was amazing.
One of the young coupes I've been working with had an
accident in which he ended up with road rash on his bottom..
It's a little higher than the sit spot but still a major deal. I think
he'll be sitting gingerly for quite some time with out any
added encouragement from his lovely wife or his strict Auntie
Rhi.
I'm looking forward to the summer time. Will be doing some
minor traveling so keep an eye on my calendar and if I'm
going to be close by, we may be able to set up a session.
I hope everyone had a wonderful Valentines and is looking
forward to spring, St. Paddy's Day and a wonderful summer.
Behave Yourself!
Auntie Rhi
